If you're unable to log into the Jeppesen Learning Center, and the message "You have entered invalid authentication credentials." is displayed:
... select the “Forgot Password?” link and instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you.
If you are still unable to login after resetting your password, or are not receiving the reset password email, it may be that your subscription has expired. Learning Center subscriptions are typically 6 or 12 months long. Please check the date of your invoice and contact Sales Support if you need to renew.
Please keep in mind that if you attempt to login and are unsuccessful after 5 attempts, the system will lock you out for 5 minutes. No exceptions and no passwords may be reset within this time frame.
