Where are the log files for FliteDeck Pro Windows and FliteDeck Pro X Windows located?

For FliteDeck Pro 8.x and 9.x:
The FliteDeck Pro Windows logs are located in the following location (replace <user> with name of your Windows user account):
1. On the Windows device, navigate to the following file path:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Jeppesen.FliteDeck.XXXXXXXX\LocalState
2. There are three logs for the different components of the application. Each will have the current date appended to the name of the log. Zip the following:
- CDLlog
- FliteDeck_LogC2E
- FliteDeck_LogRT
3. Email the Zip package to: fdp-reports@foreflight.com with your support case number in the subject of the email.
For FliteDeck Pro X 10+:
1. On the Windows device, navigate to the following file path:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Jeppesen.FliteDeck_*\LocalState\
2. Zip the Logs folder along with the 5 individual files (if available) shown below:
- c2e-xxxx-xx-xx.log
- CDLlog xxxx-xx-xx.txt
- FliteDeck_LogC2E-xxxx-xx-xx.log
- FliteDeck_LogRT-xxxx-xx-xx.log
- JDMPRO ExpectedContent Response.xml
3. Email the Zip package to: fdp-reports@foreflight.com with your support case number in the subject of the email.
