PROBLEM: Your lesson modules in Jeppesen Pilot Training Online courses don't load.
CAUSE: The browser pop-up blocker prevents lesson modules from loading.
SOLUTION:
1. On your Mac computer, choose Preferences from the Safari menu.
2. Click the Security icon.
3. Deselect the check-box for Block pop-up windows.
SOLUTION 2:
Run the "Check Configuration" feature at the login page of the Jeppesen Online Learning Center. (Shown Below)
NOTE: We do not recommend turning off the pop-up blocker permanently, because this can leave your computer vulnerable to certain malicous software. We suggest that you only disable the pop-up blocker temporarily.
