Jeppesen Customer Privacy Notice – Customer Support Portal
Jeppesen seeks to maintain the privacy, accuracy and confidentiality of personal information collected and used concerning its customers. Data Privacy laws require us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your personal information.
We collect personal information only to the extent necessary to establish and service active customer relationships and to ensure that highest levels of customer support can be maintained. We may choose to collect the following information (depending on product or service purchased):

Personal information is collected only to provide customer support services for Jeppesen products and services. Jeppesen retains this information for as long as the customer account is active plus 15 years. Jeppesen’s support services are cloud-based, but all information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Other than cloud provider administrative access, Jeppesen will not share Personal Information with any third party service providers and is not using the information for any other purpose than stated above.
Personal information is collected and shared via various methods. We collect personal information via direct communication with customers, whether through filling out online forms, receipt of e-mail or other messages or via telephone.

Customer Opt In / Out
Normal everyday business operations – activities to process updates to products and services that have been purchased by customers
Marketing and Sales activities – activities to offer Jeppesen products and services to customers
Operations involving Third Party Service Providers working normal Jeppesen business operations – activities where we have outsourced normal business activities to a Third Party Service Provider
Development of analytics to support product and service development – activities to provide analysis concerning how to improve Jeppesen products and services
To provide Jeppesen affiliates the ability to offer products and service
Jeppesen does not provide customer Personal Information to nonaffiliated third parties
How do customers Opt In / Out?
Normally, when you sign up for a new product or service, you will be provided the ability to opt in or out of receiving offers from Jeppesen affiliates. If you change your mind at any time, either go online to support.jeppesen.com and sign in to change your preferences or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will adjust your preferences for you in a couple of business days after receipt.
