Q: Is Jeppesen discontinuing FliteStar? Why?
A: Yes, primarily due to the age of the product code. As a business, it’s been necessary for us to focus resources on other priority product development and support. Due to FliteStar being discontinued, we are also discontinuing the NavSuite bundle, including those that have been paired with Jetplanner, effective December 31, 2020. Please contact us if you wish to continue using Jetplanner.

A: FliteStar and NavSuite bundles will officially discontinue December 31, 2020. However, to avoid any gaps in flight planning capabilities, we would be happy to discuss a potential replacement.

A: Again, even though FliteStar services, including CD and web updates, end on December 31, 2020, we encourage you to explore a suitable FliteStar replacement.
