ERROR:
"Jeppesen Skybound Drivers Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely", when installing Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM).
CAUSE:
Driver Signature enforcement is enabled.
RESOLUTION:
Use the following steps to disable driver signature enforcement in Windows 8 or Windows 10:
- From the Power Options or Start Menu, hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard while selecting Restart.
- After Windows restarts, the Choose an option menu will appear.
- Select Troubleshoot.
- Select Advanced options.
- Select Startup Settings.
- Select Restart.
- On the Startup Settings menu, select Disable driver signature enforcement (function key F7).
- After Windows starts, driver signature enforcement will be disabled until the next restart. Attempt to install Jeppesen Distribution Manager again to reinstall the SkyBound drivers.
