This is a loading issue with Java. Some quick fixes include making sure you have the latest version of Java and trying a different browser (Chrome or Firefox are typically the best). If this doesn't work, please follow the detailed instructions here.
We suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling Java. Then making sure previous versions of Java are not enabled on your machine. In some instances, if multiple versions of Java are installed, the server isn't sure which version to use.
