We are excited to announce some minor updates to our Digital Success Site (formerly known as the Jeppesen Customer Support Portal) that will enhance your user experience. What are the Program Benefits?
As mentioned, updates to our Digital Success Site will be minor, but will improve your overall user experience. The most prominent changes include:
- Customers will be able to independently manage the users linked to their accounts.
- In the new portal, when a customer receives a new case notification email with the Support Agent’s comment, they will be able to reply to that email directly, and new system will place their response into the case.
- Additional changes include a better search process, an improved user interface, and increased levels of security.
