PROBLEM:
After completing a lesson in the Jeppesen Learning Center site, the completion of the lesson in the course progress report is not recorded properly. In addition, the navigation buttons may not work properly. The NEXT navigation button may not work when reaching the end of a lesson in a course module, or at the very end of the course module.
CAUSE:
This happens more often when using Internet Explorer 11. Although the System Requirements message and Workstation Configuration tool on the Learning Center indicate that Internet Explorer 11 is compatible/supported, the site functions better when using Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, or the Safari web browsers.
RESOLUTION:
Try using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari instead.
