Problem: JDM displays "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing." when transferring a database in JDM Windows.

Solution: This occurs due to an outdated Windows installation. Please update your version of windows through Windows Update to solve this error, or download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows at the following link:
