JDM Mobile allows you to download and transfer aviation databases using your iOS device in conjunction with a Bad Elf Wombat.

Basic Instructions

1. While connected to WiFi or Cellular Data, launch the JDM app on your mobile device and log in.
2. Press the Download button on each database you intend to transfer.
3. After you have downloaded your databases, switch your Wombat into WiFi Transfer mode.
4. Launch the Settings app on your iPad or iPhone.
5. InWiFi settings, connect to the Wombat device (the WiFi password for the Wombat should be printed on the Wombat).
6. Switch Back to the JDM App and wait for "Connected to Wombat" to appear on the top of the screen (you may see a popup prompting to connect to it as well).
7. Insert a USB drive or memory card into the Wombat and wait about 10 seconds.
8. In JDM, press the Transfer button for the database to begin the transfer.
