The following general troubleshooting steps may help to solve any trouble in downloading or transferring databases.

  • Try force closing the app and starting over
  • Try turning off cellular data on your device after downloading the database but before you connect to the Wombat
  • Try turning the Wombat off and back on
  • Disconnect the Wombat from your Wi-Fi settings then reconnect and try again
  • Disconnect from Wombat and forget device from Wi-Fi list, then reconnect to Wombat
  • Clear JDM Mobile Cache through iOS settings
