The following general troubleshooting steps may help to solve any trouble in downloading or transferring databases.
- Try force closing the app and starting over
- Try turning off cellular data on your device after downloading the database but before you connect to the Wombat
- Try turning the Wombat off and back on
- Disconnect the Wombat from your Wi-Fi settings then reconnect and try again
- Disconnect from Wombat and forget device from Wi-Fi list, then reconnect to Wombat
- Clear JDM Mobile Cache through iOS settings
