There are no coverage shown when installing JeppView
When installing JeppView, one of the installation pages will show all of the coverages associated with your JeppView serial number. These coverages normally auto-populate:

However, there are times when running the Installation Wizard when the program wont show any coverages despite having an active serial number: The only way to have these coverages appear is to manually enter Coverage codes into the Installation Wizard. Enter the code or codes (if multiple, enter them all and separate them with a space) and select "Apply" to put the coverage onto the computer. Click on "Next" to let the program update.

Coverage was recently added to your JeppView Serial Number
If coverage was added to your Jeppesen Serial Number, terminal charts for the new coverage will most likely not show up initially in JeppView. To force this coverage to appear and to force the program to update, you will need to enter the code or codes manually. In order to do this, run the Jeppesen Program and Data disc (or setup.exe within the disc), select "Update Program and Data," and click on "Next." On the next page, check the box next to "I have additional Coverage Codes..."

...and select next to enable the ability to add coverages:

Once the Coverage Code is typed in, select "Apply" to add the coverage. Click on "Next" to allow the program to update.
Where to find Coverage Codes
When first purchasing a JeppView subscription, the Coverage Codes should be on the same packaging as the first disk that comes with it. You should find it next to your Jeppesen Serial Number. A Coverage Code is alphanumeric with 10 characters in the form ###XX#####.

If you have added coverage, or cannot find the associated Coverage Codes, Jeppesen NavSupport (24/7 Technical Support) will be able to look them up for you. In order for NavSupport to provide you with the correct Coverage Codes, please have the following readily available:
  • Jeppesen Customer/Account Number
  • Subscription Serial Number (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
  • Revision Date or Disc Number***
