Important Note: With ForeFlight business accounts, individual pilots may not be able to manage the Jeppesen Subscription. You can determine this by checking for the word "Business" in their ForFlight account type in the Account Tab of Foreflight:
If it is a ForeFlight business account, a customer cannot manage what Jeppesen Subscriptions are available. That must be done by the company who owns the account. An individual pilot cannot add their own personal Jeppesen subscription to ForeFlight.
That said, the below steps can be followed to deactivate and reactivate a Jeppesen subscription - however with Business accounts a pilot will not see the ability to log into Jeppesen themselves.
To Deactivate:
Navigate to the Jeppesen section of the ForeFlight settings:
Select Remove, to remove the charts downloaded and free up a site key:
Tap the username at the top of the Screen (ForeFlight Business users will not be able to do this):
Scroll to the bottom of the list of subscriptions and select Sign Out:
Sign back into to Jeppesen account (same credentials used in JDM)
Tap Install Coverage
The app will display a list of available charts coverages. Select the one you would like to install
Tap Manage Jeppesen Downloads to be taken to the download screen where the charts will begin to download:
