- Shut down FliteDeck Pro if it's already running.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, and pair the device with the Bluetooth GPS.
- Make sure Location is turned on and that Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro X is allowed to access location.
- Open Device Manager to see which COM port(s) the Bluetooth receiver on the device is using.
- Go to Settings > Services in FliteDeck Pro. Set the Provider to NMEA COM and enter the COM port number in device manager. Make sure to enter it as COM3 or COM4. Do not enter it as COM 3 or COM 4. You may need to try each COM port to see which one actually works.
If the AID Provider has a lock symbol next to it, as shown below, the AID settings are configured via a FliteDeck Pro Customer Configuration file downloaded from JDM Pro, and can only be changed by an EFB Administrator.
