Boeing CSCT Tool Issuing Certificates

DESCRIPTION:
When parts are created using the various CAMs in the CAT tool hosted at Jeppessen.com, they are signed by the tool with a digital signature. In order for these parts to be verified by CSCT, the Issuing CA public certificate needs to be configured into the CSCT tool.

The certificates required are:
Intermediate: Boeing Basic Assurance Software Issuing CA G3.crt
Root: Boeing Basic Assurance Software Root CA G2.crt
Both certificates should be placed in the CSCT /properties folder and the Boeing Basic Assurance Software Issuing CA G3 certificate should be configured as an SRC, MFG, APP and CRATE signature per the instruction in the CSCT User Guide (5727-04-UG).
IMPACT(S):
Customers who use CAT and the LSAPL Tools, and do not already have the Boeing Basic Assurance Software installed in CSCT, need to have this certificate installed in order to import the part into the LSAP Librarian.
ACTION(S):
If needed, download and import the certificate into CSCT.If you already have this certificate installed then no action is required.Please follow the CSCT User Guide on how to import public Certificates into the Tool. This can be found in the Common Download Service under E-Enabled products - LSAP Librarian Basic or Extended Edition.
