The following error is encounter when downloading a charts database in Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM):

CAUSE: The subscription expired recently.
Contact Sales Support or log into your account at shop.jeppesen.com to check the status of your subscription.
CAUSE: Network connectivity problem.
JDM is unable to connect to https://jsumdata.jeppesen.com due to a network problem or a firewall blocking the connection. Refer to the following support article:
