JeppView for Windows 5.x uses the CDA Service (Content Delivery Agent) to download updates to the enroute database. The CDA Service runs in the background and will download the new enroute database as soon as it is available. The CDA Monitor can be used to view its status.
The addresses and ports listed next to 'Version 5.x Enroute Data Updates (CDA)' on the following support article must not be blocked by any firewall or security software running on the computer or on a network device in order for the CDA Service to download the enroute database:
