PROBLEM:
The following error occurs when starting JeppView, eLink, or eCharts for Windows:
"The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
CAUSE:
The MSVCP110.dll file is missing or corrupt.
RESOLUTION:
Browse to the following location depending on what type of system you have and check for the msvcp110.dll file:
- 32-bit systems: C:\Windows\System32
- 64-bit systems: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
If the msvcp110.dll file is missing, try installing the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4
