PROBLEM:
The following error is encountered when attempting to register FliteDeck Pro:
Registration failed. Try again when your connection is better or contact your System Administrator. (Error: 125)
CAUSE/RESOLUTION:
- No wifi/cellular connection on the device. Obtain local connection and try again.
- Bad connection to network due to connectivity issue on device’s side. Try again later or from a better connection.
- The Device Name the registration link is associated with no longer exists in JDM Pro. Contact your company's EFB Administrator to obtain a new registration link.
- The registration link was copied/pasted into Safari, and was copied incompletely. Try tapping the link instead of copying and pasting it.
- A firewall on the network is blocking connection to the registration server. Ensure the following address and port is open on the firewall.

- Bad connection to network due to connectivity issue on server’s side. Try again later.
- Registration server is unavailable. Try again later.
