Live weather not available in FliteStar, JeppView, eLink, or eCharts for Windows

PROBLEM:
Live weather is not available on the enroute chart in FliteStar, JeppView, eLink, or eCharts for Windows, and the legend shows Age: N/A for all weather products.

CAUSE:
As of August 19, 2022, the weather service in FliteStar, JeppView, eLink, and eCharts for Windows is no longer supported.

As a reminder, JeppView is on the sunset path with plans to replace its functionality in ForeFlight Web as soon as the necessary enhancements are completed in ForeFlight. We will provide more communication as these dates become firmer. To be clear, JeppView is not being sunset on August 19, 2022, only the associated weather service.

eCharts and eLink for Windows are on a sunset path with plans to replace their functionality in Ground Controls Chart Viewer as soon as the necessary enhancements are completed in Ground Controls. We will provide more communication as these dates become firmer. To be clear, eCharts and eLink for Windows are not being sunset on August 19, 2022, only the associated weather service.
