To remove and re-download the enroute data for JeppView for Windows:

Close JeppView for Windows

Open C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen\CDA\data\j3n4 and delete the contents.
NOTE: The ProgramData folder may be hidden, in which case you can type C:\ProgramData in the location/address bar at the top of File Explorer and press the Enter key to open it, or click View > 'Hidden items' in Windows 10, or View > Show > 'Hidden items' in Windows 11.

Open C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen\CDA\data_archive\j3n4_2 and delete the contents.

Open C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen\Common\C2E4\Data1 and delete the contents.

Open C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen\Common\C2E4\Data2 and delete the contents.

Open CDA Monitor (Right-click on the Globe icon in the taskbar and select Open)

Click File > Check For Updates

When the update is complete, open JeppView for Windows. The Enroute Updates will be re-applied.
