JDM Windows

Application Log:

  • C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen\Jdm\.jsum\log\jsum.log

    NOTE: The ProgramData folder may be hidden, in which case you can type C:\ProgramData in the location/address bar at the top of File Explorer and press the Enter key to open it, or click View > 'Hidden items' in Windows 10, or View > Show > 'Hidden items' in Windows 11.

  • This can also be uploaded to Jeppesen Technical Support by clicking JDM > Tech. Support > Upload Log File...

Installation Logs:

  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp
  • Jeppesen Distribution Manager_<datetime>.log
  • Jeppesen Distribution Manager_<datetime>_0_JDMMain.log
  • Jeppesen Distribution Manager_<datetime>_1_Skyboundxx.log

SkyBound driver install log:

  • C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log


JDM Mac

Application Log:

  • /Users/HOME/.jsum/log/jsum.log
  • From Finder, do a command+shift+G, or select Go > Go to Folder... at the top. In the Go to Folder dialog, type the following:
    ~/.jsum/log
  • This can also be uploaded to Jeppesen Technical Support by clicking JDM > Tech. Support > Upload Log File...
