NOTE: The ProgramData folder may be hidden, in which case you can type C:\ProgramData in the location/address bar at the top of File Explorer and press the Enter key to open it, or click View > 'Hidden items' in Windows 10, or View > Show > 'Hidden items' in Windows 11. - This can also be uploaded to Jeppesen Technical Support by clicking JDM > Tech. Support > Upload Log File...

- From Finder, do a command+shift+G, or select Go > Go to Folder... at the top. In the Go to Folder dialog, type the following:
~/.jsum/log
- This can also be uploaded to Jeppesen Technical Support by clicking JDM > Tech. Support > Upload Log File...
Installation Log:
- /var/logs/install.log
- To access the file, go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Console. Look for install.log under /var/logs on the left side of the screen.You can right-click on it and select Open in Finder to jump to the actual file, or select Mail to email the file.
