  1. Uninstall JeppView by going to Programs and Features in the Control Panel and selecting Jeppesen Program and Data Installation, then clicking Remove. Select 'Uninstall Jeppesen Program and Data Installation', then click Next. Check both boxes next to 'Remove user created files - RoutePacks, etc.' and 'Deactivate this copy of JeppView', then click Next. When prompted to deactivate JeppView, check the box to continue and select 'Directly over the Internet'.
  2. Uninstall Jeppesen CDA Service, Jeppesen Format Print Driver, and Jeppesen Weather Service as well.
  3. Restart the computer after all components have been uninstalled.
  4. Check for the following Jeppesen folders and delete them if still present. This assumes there are no other Jeppesen applications installed on the computer, or else doing this would cause the other Jeppesen applications to no longer work. If other Jeppesen applications are installed, it would be best to remove them as well to make this uninstall and cleanup process easier.
C:\ProgramData\Jeppesen
C:\Program Files\Jeppesen
C:\Program Files (x86)\Jeppesen
C:\Users\<current user>\Jeppesen
C:\Users\<current user>\AppData\Local\Jeppesen
C:\Users\Public\Jeppesen
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Jeppesen

If JeppView was installed to a location other than C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86), go to the location/drive were it was installed to delete the folders listed above.

NOTE: The ProgramData folder may be hidden, in which case you can type C:\ProgramData in the location/address bar at the top of File Explorer and press the Enter key to open it, or click Organize > Folder and Search Options > View > 'Show hidden files, folders, or drives' in Windows Vista/7, or View > 'Hidden items' in Windows 8/10.
  1. Open the Windows Registry Editor by opening the Windows Start Menu and typing regedit in the Run or Search box, then pressing Enter. If a User Account Control message appears, select Yes to allow the Registry Editor to make changes to the computer.
