JDM doesn't support wireless updates with the Garmin Flight Stream 510.
JDM can write databases to the Flight Stream 510 (MMC card) in the same manner as a traditional SD card. However, some memory card readers may not be able to read or write to the Flight Stream 510 card due to the higher current requirements of MMC cards. Garmin supplies a compatible card reader with the Flight Stream 510 card, and it is highly recommended that this card reader be used.
