To update the Jeppesen CDA Service to version 4.0.0.188:

NOTE: Updating the CDA Service will require that the computer be restarted at the end of the update. Close any programs that are running and save any work in progress.

  1. Stop the CDA Service.

  1. Download and extract the following setup file depending on whether the CDA is installed locally on the same computer as eLink for Windows (Local Version) or is installed on a different computer than eLink for Windows (Network Server Version):

  1. Run the JeppesenCDAServiceSetup.exe (Local Version) or JeppesenCDAServiceSetupServer.exe (Network Server Version):

  1. Click Next to continue, and click Next through the remaining windows:

  1. Select 'Yes, I want to restart my computer now.', then click Finish.

  1. After the computer has restarted, open the CDA Service Monitor and click File > About CDAMonitor... to confirm it has been updated to version 4.0.0.188:
