PROBLEM:
Services appear in Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM) with the status "Service not supported on this platform".

CAUSE:
The service is not supported on the platform (e.g. Windows, Mac, iOS). Some services are not supported in JDM Mobile (iOS) or JDM Mac. Additionally, the version of JDM installed on the device may be too old to support the service.

RESOLUTION:
Refer to the support article, Services available for download in Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM), for a list of services that are not supported in JDM Mobile (iOS) or JDM Mac.

Make sure the latest version of JDM is installed by clicking JDM > JDM Update... at the top. If JDM is updated to the latest version, the JDM Update ... option will be greyed out and disabled.
