PROBLEM:
The following error is encountered when attempting to access Trip Kit from within Ground Controls:
"Trip Kit cannot be accessed at this time"
CAUSE:
A Trip Kit On Demand URL has not been generated in JDM Pro or a URL previously generated has expired.
RESOLUTION:
The following error is encountered when attempting to access Trip Kit from within Ground Controls:
"Trip Kit cannot be accessed at this time"
CAUSE:
A Trip Kit On Demand URL has not been generated in JDM Pro or a URL previously generated has expired.
RESOLUTION:
- Sign into JDM Pro and select Trip Kit On Demand from the menu:
- Select Activate to generate a new Trip Kit On Demand URL:
- Sign out of Ground Controls, then sign back in and attempt to access Trip Kit again.
