PROBLEM:
When attempting to log into JDM Pro, a message appears saying "You are not authorized to access JDM Pro." In addition, a link appears saying to "Click here to go to BDM."
CAUSE:
You are attempting to log into JDM Pro when your account is not set up for it. The account is actually set up for BDM (Boeing Distribution Manager).
RESOLUTION:
Select the Click here to go to BDM link and log in, or go to the following URL and log in: https://jdmp.jeppesen.com/ui/bdmAccessPoint/index
