How do I setup Jetplanner and the Customer Aircraft Database to enable
flight plan uplink to Honeywell GDC (Global Data Center)?
ANSWER:
Make sure AFIS – Honeywell (AH) is selected as FMS type in CADB.
When you run a flight plan make sure “FMS Output” is checked and “AFIS” is selected in the dropdown. This puts ‘AFIS’ on the 01 OPTIONS line which is required.
To uplink the plan right click on the flight and select ‘FMS Data”, then “Transmit to Global Data Center”
