PROBLEM:
The following message is displayed when starting Aviator:
License not available.
After you download Aviator to your device, you must activate the license and complete an initial download of data. The activation link is sent via email when the device is created in JDM Pro by an EFB administrator. Look for an email from JDMProNotification@jeppesen.com sent to you by your EFB administrator (mobile device administrator). This email includes instructions for completing the process, as shown in the following example:
Alternatively, if you have another application installed on your device that is already activated and registered to JDM Pro, such as FliteDeck Pro, you can share the registration info with Aviator. To share the registration info from FliteDeck Pro, go to the iOS Settings, tap FD Pro X, and enable Share Registration Info. Start FliteDeck Pro, and after the message "Registration Info Shared" appears, start Aviator to complete the registration process.
RESOLUTION:
Contact your company's EFB administrator (mobile device administrator) to obtain an activation link, or share the registration info from another application on the device, such a FliteDeck Pro.
If the Activate button is still not active after registering with JDM Pro, contact your EFB administrator to verify the Aviator license has been uploaded to JDM Pro, is still valid, and is assigned to the distribution group your device belongs to.
