Previous versions of Ground Controls allowed a customer to upload company charts that used Index Numbers reserved for Jeppesen's use. Beginning with Ground Controls version 1.19, this is restricted due to conflicts with the Jeppesen charts with the same index number. This includes updates to charts that were already using the restricted index number.
If you see an error message like the one below when trying to update an existing chart, the index number will have to be changed before you can update it. We suggest using 10-7AB or 10-7XXX where the XXX is the identifier for your company.
