Aviator Package Load Log Files
If you encounter issues with the flight planning integration of Aviator, your support representative might ask you to send a screenshot of the Package Load Log. This information may help the representative resolve the issues quicker.
1. To send a screenshot of the Package Load log, tap the Settings button on the Aviator toolbar.
2. In the Account Information section, tap Logging.
The app shows the log file options.
3. Select View besides the Package Load Log.
4. Take a screenshot of the Error Details
5. Include this screenshot in your support request communication
