A chart in FliteDeck Pro has a different revision date than the same chart on another device or in another application

PROBLEM:
A chart in FliteDeck Pro has a different revision date than the same chart on another device or in another application. For example, the chart in the other application may have a revision date within the past few months, but the same chart in FliteDeck Pro has a revision date from several years ago. A colleague using FliteDeck Pro X may see a different revision date for the chart on their device than what you see on your device.

CAUSE/RESOLUTION:
One of the charts may be a standard chart and the other may be a tailored/special chart that contains modified information for your company. You can identify a tailored/special chart from a standard chart by the oval outline of the chart index number at the top. On a tailored/special chart, a square-end oval outline is used. In addition, a tailored/special chart may also include your company's name or logo at the top of the chart. For more information on distinguishing different types of charts, refer to the Approach Chart Legend topic in the Introduction section of the Airway Manual.

If two devices running FliteDeck Pro are showing different revision dates for the same chart, the recipients the devices are registered to may not be set up the same in JDM Pro, and they may have different terminal charts coverages assigned to them. Please contact your company's EFB Administrator to verify if this is the case.
