Explanation:
The asterisk (*) in the TO column indicates the fuel critical diversion airport pair for each cruise mode. Sufficient fuel exists on board for the diversion calculation, but less pad exists between the fuel required and the fuel on board than for any of the other diversion airport pairs. If only one diversion airport pair exists for each cruise mode, the asterisk prints out next to it (page 610 in the user's guide).
