As the steps for resetting a password vary depending on whether the username is an email address or not, please go to the USERNAMES WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS section or the USERNAMES WITHOUT AN EMAIL ADDRESS section for the applicable steps.

USERNAMES WITH AN EMAIL ADDRESS

  1. Click the Forgot username / password? link on the Welcome to Jeppesen Distribution Manager window, or go directly to https://shop.jeppesen.com/login.

If the message “Your username or password was incorrect.” is displayed:

  1. Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.

  1. Enter your email address, then click RESET PASSWORD.

  1. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

    Contact Jeppesen Sales or Technical Support if the email address is no longer current and the email account cannot be accessed to get the password reset email.
If you are directed to the Link Accounts page:

  1. Select Yes, link my account (Recommended), then click CONTINUE.

If you have a username that doesn’t use an email address, you can reset the password at https://elinkportal.jeppesen.com/elink/useradmin/requestAdminPassword.jsp.
