When is the new AIRAC cycle available on JetPlan?Answer:
Since cycle DAY does not infer a specific time, different regions of the world plan their update during their local slack time (around midnight local). Since we do not have the ability currently to activate different regions at separate times we have settled on installing the cycle update at approximately 1830Z the day prior to cycle. This gives Europe users 5+ hour to pre-plan on the new cycle data, the data is 10-12 hours early for North/South America, and aprox. 3 hours after activation for Asia.For customers who have flights that have ETD’s later than 1830Z on the day prior to cycle they should plan on running their plans prior to 1800Z.
