Reporting Aviator Flight Planning with FliteBrief issues for EFB Administrators
If you are unable to resolve flight planning issues by using the resources in our supporting documents or in a knowledge article on the Aviator for iOS Customer Support Portal page, create a support request for the issue on our Customer Support Portal.
Before contacting technical support, gather as much of the following information as possible. Flight Planning issues within Aviator are time sensitive and by providing this information, you help to ensure a more rapid resolution:
- Flight Number(s) and Plan Number(s) with the issue
- Aviator Log files – Instructions Here
- A screenshot of the Package Load Log – Instructions Here
- Complete description of the issue, including a detailed work flow leading up to the issue such as specific steps being taking to send the flight plan(s) to FliteBrief and Aviator
- Screenshots or videos of the issue are most helpful – Instructions Here
- EFF Flight Package(s) from FliteBrief
- From the panel on the left, select Record Vault
- In sectors history, select the flight and go to Voyage Log. Go to Asset Files to find the proper EFF package(s)
- Once downloaded include the .eff(s) with your report
- JDM Pro Device Name
