ERROR:
"There are no media devices detected. Please plug in a device and try again." when transferring an update in Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM).

CAUSE:
The required media is not connected to the computer, or is in a read-only format.

RESOLUTION:
Click on View Media Information at the bottom of the Choose a Location dialog for more information, which may display a message similar to the following examples:
